This facilitated group experience is designed for women navigating the emotional impact of a parent’s dementia.
It’s a space to breathe, slow down, and be with others who understand—
without having to explain or hold it all together.

Inside this work, we move through the emotional and relational layers of this experience—including:

• why a parent’s dementia can stir old wounds or younger parts of ourselves
• how to make space for emotions that feel overwhelming or uncomfortable
• meeting yourself with steadiness, care, and self-compassion
• accepting your parent’s changing reality without losing your own
• clarifying who you want to be during this season — for your parent and for yourself
• discovering moments of meaning, resilience, and even unexpected growth along the way

You'll walk away with:

• a clearer understanding of what is actually yours to carry—and what isn’t
• simple, practical ways to steady yourself in emotionally charged moments
• guided reflection tools you can return to when things feel overwhelming
• language you can use to express boundaries and needs more clearly
• a deeper awareness of your patterns—and how to interrupt them in real time
• a more grounded way of being with your parent that doesn’t require you to lose yourself
